The Picture Perfect Process

At Picture Perfect we are committed to partner with you to create your Ultimate Outdoor Environment. We have established five divisions that will service you throughout the entire process to not only meet but exceed your expectations.

Sales Division

This stage of the process we will discover your goals and expectations and one of our Principals will present how our services can fulfill your wishes.

Pre-Construction Division

Pre-construction is dedicated to the old adage of measuring twice and cutting once! You will work hand in hand with our landscape designer to detail your entire project including: providing a conceptual design, estimated project costs, contract execution, undergoing the permitting process, developing a timeline and schedule. Changes happen in construction; Pre-Construction reduces surprises and paves the way for the perfect handoff into the Construction phase.

Construction Division

Your team in this phase consists of a Project Manager, Production Manager, Superintendent and a Foreman. This is the most exciting part of the process where you will see transformations take place exponentially from laying the infrastructure to building your vision. Your Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and quality of your project; together with your Production Manager they will communicate the progress of your project. Your Superintendent and Foreman are bilingual and are responsible for the day to day implementation of your project.

Post-Construction Division

This is where we hand over your project! Tying it all together is your Production Manager, completing punch list items and performing the final job walk where the technical aspects of equipment and general maintenance “must do’s” are explained.

Maintenance Division

What we have partnered with you to create is in a living dynamic environment that needs proper attention to protect your investment for years to come. Our maintenance Division Manager will work with you to establish a program to keep your project looking Picture Perfect!
